These terms cover use of the website only; any building work we undertake is governed by a separate written contract that complies with the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW).
Estimates and the build cost calculator
Figures produced by our build cost calculator, and any ranges or estimates provided through this website or in follow-up correspondence, are indicative only. They are not quotes, offers or fixed prices. Construction costs depend on site conditions, design, approvals, selections and market pricing at the time of tender. A fixed price is only provided in a written tender or contract signed by us, prepared after a site survey.
General information only
Content on this website, including articles, FAQs, process descriptions and timeframes, is general information based on our experience. It is not advice for your specific site or project, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional advice. Approval pathways, timeframes and costs vary by council, site and project.
