Information you provide during a project: site details, plans, approvals and correspondence necessary to design, price and construct your project.

Why we collect it

We collect personal information to respond to your enquiries, prepare feasibility assessments, estimates and tenders, deliver building services, meet our legal obligations (including under the Home Building Act 1989 (NSW)), and to improve our website and services. We may also use your contact details to send you information about our services, and you can opt out at any time.

How it's stored

Website enquiries are received and stored through our website hosting and form provider (Netlify) and delivered to our business email. Project information is held in our business systems. We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, interference, loss and unauthorised access, and we retain it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or rent personal information. We share it only where needed to deliver our services: with consultants engaged on your project (such as surveyors, engineers, designers and certifiers), with service providers who support our business (such as hosting, email and analytics providers), and where required by law.
